Team Description:

We are a fast-growing Real Estate Team seeking an ambitious Business Development Specialist (ISA) to join our dynamic team. Our team has experienced rapid growth, and we anticipate doubling in size within the next year. As an ISA, you will play a vital role in our business development efforts, primarily focused on outbound sales from our Londonderry office.

Job Description:

Are you ready to join a fast-growing real estate team as a Business Development Specialist (Inside Sales Agent)? This team is on an incredible trajectory, expecting to double in size within the next year. As an ISA, you will play a crucial role in driving business development through outbound sales from our Londonderry office.

Your primary focus will be contacting prospects through various channels, including outbound sales calls, inbound leads, and client retention. We are seeking a sales-savvy individual who can consistently deliver exceptional performance in this role. Your motivation to generate listing appointments by proactively calling leads will be highly valued and rewarded.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • 80% of your time will be dedicated to outbound sales calls, actively reaching out to potential clients.
  • 20% of your time will involve handling inbound calls from interested leads.
  • Utilizing a power dialer, following proven scripts, and effectively generating listing appointments for the team.

Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Sales experience: A proven track record in sales will set you up for success.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills: You should be confident in building relationships and engaging with clients effectively.
  • Self-motivation and proactiveness: As a self-starter, you have the drive and determination to take the initiative and achieve targets.
  • CRM skills: Experience working with customer relationship management systems is crucial.


Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Real estate industry experience: Familiarity with the real estate industry and its dynamics would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits:

We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work. Here’s what we offer:

  • Base salary: You will receive a competitive base salary of $30,000.
  • Commission: You will earn 7% of the gross commissionable income from all deals you bring to the team in the first year, with a total of 55 transactions. In the second year, if you meet the first-year expectations, your commission increases to 8%. It’s important to note that there is no cap on commissions. If you exceed expectations, you will be generously rewarded for your exceptional performance.
  • Licensing support: If you do not already have an active license in NH or MA, we are ready to assist you with the additional state licensing processes.

Location and Schedule:

You will be based in our office in Londonderry, NH. The regular office hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Additionally, occasional team events may take place on weekends, and you may be required to answer customer calls outside of office hours as needed.
