Currently, our team consists of several agents, a Director of Operations, a full in-house Inside Sales Department dedicated solely to generating leads and appointments for our agents, a team administrator, and a transaction coordinator.   • Real Estate Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of real estate experience or equivalent sales experience is required.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Exceptional sales and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Self-Motivation and Initiative: We are seeking highly motivated self-starters who can drive their own success.
  • Prospecting and Networking: Fearlessly making cold calls, forging new relationships, and actively participating in networking groups are vital aspects of this position.
  • Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Active Realtor License: Possession of an active New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts Realtor License is mandatory.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Licensed in Northeastern States: Being licensed in at least one Northeastern state is an added advantage.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Keller Williams Command, Boomtown, Showingtime, Adobe, Gmail, PrimeMLS, MLSPIN
  • Experience with various social media platforms is preferred.

Your Schedule:

This is a full-time position that offers flexibility in setting your own schedule. However, we do require agents to regularly be present in the office to foster a collaborative learning environment.
